This site is a prototype. It shows how a booking portal for holiday properties can look and work before any money is spent on licences, design or marketing.

- Every property. Neither the house on Lake Wannsee nor the loft in Friedrichshain exists.

Where this is going
The plan is for landlords to register and manage their own properties – each with their own area and their own data. On top of that comes AI support that pre-sorts incoming enquiries and prepares draft replies. One thing matters here: the AI decides nothing. Availability and prices always come from the database, and every draft is approved before it is sent.
If the AI fails, the portal carries on working unchanged. That is by design.
