Privacy

Note: This site is a demonstration environment. It is not in live operation, no bookings are accepted and no payment data is processed. This statement describes the state of the demo and is not a finished legal text for live operation. The German version of this page is the legally authoritative one.

1. Controller

Reinhard Fritz, f-solution, Scharnweberstraße 4, 13405 Berlin, Germany, e-mail info@fritz-re.io

2. Hosting

The site runs on a server we operate ourselves in Germany. Nothing is outsourced to an external hosting provider.

3. Server log files

When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is logged: IP address, time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser identification. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. Cookies

This demo sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary session cookies are used, and only if you log in. That is why there is no consent banner here.

5. Fonts and external content

No external fonts, map services or analytics tools are embedded. All resources are served from our own server. Simply visiting a page therefore sends no data to third parties.

6. Booking enquiries

In live operation, an enquiry would involve processing your name, e-mail address, travel dates and details of your party in order to initiate and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No such data is accepted in this demo.

7. Planned use of AI support

For later live operation it is intended that incoming e-mails are pre-sorted automatically and draft replies generated. This would involve transferring content to a service provider outside the EU. Before any such use, a data processing agreement, an entry in the record of processing activities and an update to this statement are required. No such processing currently takes place.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority would be the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
